Arun joined Stratum Nutrition in 2024, bringing over 35 years of industry experience in biotech and functional nutrition. Before joining Stratum, he served as President & CEO of AstaReal, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Fuji, the pioneering company behind natural Astaxanthin.

Arun holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Kagoshima, Japan. His expertise lies in bringing functional molecules to market that enhance well-being, performance, and the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, empowering people to live fuller lives.

With more than two decades in leadership roles, Arun has a deep understanding of the global dietary supplement industry. He has played a key role in building science-driven brands rooted in quality, transparency, and ethical marketing. A seasoned multicultural professional, he has over 25 years of managerial experience across Japan, Sweden, and the U.S.
