Alana brings over 10 years of valuable experience to Stratum Nutrition. Since joining the company in 2014, her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail have enabled her to serve in multiple roles across the Quality organization, contributing to nearly every facet of the department. This broad experience has given her a deep and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory, operational, and quality systems that drive product quality and food safety at Stratum Nutrition.

In her current role as Senior Quality Manager, Alana oversees both the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Having advanced through the organization and now leading the departments where she began her career, she brings a unique perspective rooted in experience, accountability, and mentorship.

Alana’s background in military service and biology has instilled in her a strong work ethic, disciplined leadership style, and unwavering commitment to excellence. These qualities continue to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Stratum’s mission to uphold the highest standards of product quality and food safety.
