Plant Operations Manager

Leroy has been a dedicated member of the Stratum team since 2011. Throughout his tenure, he has gained comprehensive experience by performing every role within Sanitation and Production, in addition to contributing to construction and maintenance tasks.

In his current role, Leroy leads Stratum's rapidly expanding production activities, focusing on both efficiency and the delivery of high-quality products. He collaborates closely with the Quality team to ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current and meticulously followed. Leroy also plays an active role on the Food Safety team and the Safety Committee, underscoring his commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

With a wealth of institutional knowledge, Leroy continuously seeks opportunities for improvement. He has been instrumental in driving process enhancements and equipment upgrades, demonstrating a strong commitment to Stratum's success.
